2. Hosting

This website is hosted by STRATO in Germany (STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin). When you visit, STRATO processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, the time and the page requested in server log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). STRATO anonymises the IP addresses in the log files. The log files are available to us for the past six weeks. We have a data processing agreement with STRATO under Art. 28 GDPR.

3. Fonts, cookies and analytics

All fonts are served from our own server. There is no connection to Google or any other font provider. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services.

4. Waitlist and newsletter

When you join the waitlist, we process your email address and, if you provide them, your interests, your postcode and your taste profile. We use the postcode to see where to plan the first tastings. We’ll email you when Studio 60 launches and occasionally with news. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We use double opt-in: you’re only signed up after clicking the link in our confirmation email. We log the time of sign-up and confirmation and your IP address so that we can prove your consent.

Until launch, we store the waitlist on our STRATO web space and send the confirmation email ourselves.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in our newsletters or by writing to info@studio-60.de. We keep your data until you unsubscribe.

5. Optional question after confirming

After you confirm your sign-up, you can tell us, if you like, what a tasting box would be worth to you. We use this to plan prices and link it to your sign-up. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We delete this answer once Studio 60 has launched, or earlier if you leave the waitlist.

6. Contact form and email

When you write to us, we process your name, email address and message to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We delete the data six months after the enquiry has been dealt with, unless we’re legally required to keep it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for us, the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
